Evening Activation: The Immunity Celebration
The Challenge
A leading pharmaceutical company asked us to develop immersive concepts for an internal gathering of its international vaccines team. The goal: unite employees from around the world in a celebration of their shared mission—while making the evening engaging, symbolic, and unforgettable.
The Concepts
No Borders, Just Boosters would transform the event into a symbolic shared flight, with guests playing the role of passengers on a global mission. The Future Health Lab would bring innovation to life with futuristic design and lab-inspired aesthetics, while an airport-style check-in zone would welcome participants with boarding passes, branded packs, and the feeling of embarking on a collective adventure.
Immersive Atmosphere
To make the evening both fun and memorable, we proposed thematic catering and interactive entertainment. Guests could enjoy Immune Bites, Sweet Immunity desserts, and cocktails like Prescribed Spirits, turning food and drink into part of the storytelling. At the same time, roaming performers such as the Wandering Scientist, a wellness-themed Immune Lottery Wheel, and curated DJ sets kept energy high and encouraged playful participation throughout the event.
Symbolic Installations
We proposed a DNA Wall – Molecule of the Team: a double-helix installation where each employee could add a personal token (badge, keychain, photo), symbolizing that everyone is part of the company’s immune system. Or, Portal to the Future: a neon-lit arch or tunnel with fog, cosmic sounds, and strobe lights—designed as a gateway to innovation and transformation.
