From smooth lounge vibes to interactive soundscapes, when we set the tone for DHL’s top management.
For DHL’s annual Global Management Conference in Berlin—an exclusive strategy gathering for the company’s C-level leadership, including the CEO—we provided live entertainment tailored to the occasion. Our concept brought in two versatile musicians: a multi-instrumentalist and an electronic music artist/vocalist. Together, they created an atmosphere that was both elegant and interactive—designed to complement the flow of the event.
Precision in timing
The program was carefully timed with the agenda. During speeches, the musicians stayed in the background, stepping in only when needed—for example, turning birthday announcements into celebratory moments. As soon as the CEO finished his speech, they instantly shifted the mood, looping audience voices into the music and creating a collective song everyone could join.



Setting the tone from the start
Our involvement began even before the conference itself. On the evening before the event, we curated a welcoming program at the hotel where participants were arriving. The music set a relaxed, elegant tone—helping guests unwind from their travels, reconnect with colleagues, and prepare for the intense strategy sessions ahead.
